Manager - QA/QC (Civil)

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare and submit daily/monthly quality reports, FQP/PQAP, and WMS in compliance with project specifications, ensuring approval from relevant authorities.
2. Propose corrective/preventive actions for internal and external non-conformances, ensuring compliance.
3. Coordinate and address quality-related correspondence with consultants/customers, resolving complaints effectively.
4. Monitor ongoing site activities to ensure compliance with contract documents and specifications.
5. Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to approved method statements and inspection test plans.
6. Plan and manage QC lab equipment/material calibration and requirements.
7. Collaborate with Construction Managers/Project Heads to resolve QA/QC issues promptly.
8. Perform periodic internal audits to assess documentation and procedural compliance across all project stages.
