SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:
• Configure and customize SAP PM module components (e.g., Equipment Master, Work Orders, Notifications, Preventive Maintenance, and Reporting).
• Integrate SAP PM with other SAP modules such as MM, PS, and FI/CO.
2. Business Process Design:
• Analyze current maintenance processes and map them to SAP PM functionalities.
• Develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability in plant maintenance activities.
3. Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide end-user support, resolve system issues, and implement fixes and updates.
• Monitor system performance and propose optimizations.
4. Project Management:
• Participate in SAP PM implementation or upgrade projects, including requirement gathering, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications and test scripts.
5. Training and Change Management:
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of SAP PM functionalities.
• Create user manuals, guides, and related materials.
6. Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and operations teams, to ensure seamless system integration and operations.
• Liaise with vendors or third-party providers for additional support when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Familiarity with debugging, ABAP basics, and query/reporting tools is preferred.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Certification in SAP PM or related SAP modules.
