QA Officer

Job Summary: The QA Officer will ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols, GMP guidelines, and regulatory standards to maintain the highest quality of pharmaceutical products. This role involves comprehensive oversight of documentation, audits, and process validation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve batch manufacturing records, packaging records, and other quality-related documents.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in external audits by regulatory bodies and customers, ensuring effective audit preparedness.
• Oversee the implementation of deviation investigations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change control processes.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain proper documentation of all quality-related activities.
• Participate in the validation of processes, equipment, and cleaning procedures.
• Train staff on quality standards, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and improve processes.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).
• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (WHO-cGMP, USFDA, etc.).
