Role & Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Planning:

• Develop business development strategies for the 3PL segment in the tyre industry.
• Identify new business opportunities with tyre manufacturers and supply chain partners.
• Collaborate with the senior management to design and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing market share.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Build and manage relationships with major players in the tyre industry.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored 3PL solutions.
• Secure long-term contracts with clients for logistics services.

Sales Performance:

• Achieve revenue and sales targets by acquiring new clients and renewing contracts with existing ones.
• Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure service excellence.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and explore new business opportunities.
