Job Description:

As a BDM you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their digital marketing needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their business objectives and digital marketing requirements.
  • Present our range of digital marketing services to prospects, highlighting the benefits and value they can gain.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
