Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and client acquisition, with specific experience in using Zoho CRM tools. This role requires a strategic thinker who excels in relationship-building and has experience working with training institutes. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our client base, and enhancing our offerings to meet market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients. Leverage Zoho CRM to manage client interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends. Develop strategic plans to enter new markets or expand in existing ones, focusing on training institutes and educational sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Development Input: Collaborate with the product development team to suggest new features or products based on market needs and client feedback.
  • Training and Development: Organize training sessions for clients and internal teams on Zoho CRM and other relevant tools or services. Ensure all stakeholders can leverage these tools to their full potential.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales pipeline. Utilize Zoho CRM to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Bachelordegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development role, with a proven track record in sales and client acquisition.
  • Extensive experience with Zoho CRM, including managing sales pipelines, reporting, and providing training.
  • Experience working with training institutes or in the education sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with high-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should have experience in US Market,training, Consulting and Staffing business
