Requirements. Graduate degree (MBA a plus, but not mandatory).

Demonstrated experience with revenue generation, preferably in a D2C context.

Proven track record in client retention and market analysis.

Familiarity with influencer marketing or an agency experience is preferred.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to excel in client-facing interactions.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and client pursuit.

Strong understanding of how to identify and approach brand gatekeepers.

Experience in pitch creation and presentation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
