Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Good knowledge about all codes - standards and fabrication stages related to piping, pipeline ,pressure vessels and tanks.(ITP,QAP,WPS/ASME SEC I,II,V,VIII DIV 2,VIII DIV 1 ,SEC IX, B31.3).
• Interim payments, statement of completion, and final account.
• Preparation of documents for invoicing and submit documents related to it, coordinate with Technical audit/internal audit team for clearance of the invoices.
• Preparation , updating and submission of payment sheet for all contractors to the top management for revision in a regular basis.
• Perform and implements all post contract duties including but not limited to measurements and preparation.
• Cash flow forecasting.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• GOOD knowledge in BOQ and BOM.
