Role & responsibilities

We are looking Quality Engineer(Civil) for our industrial project, candidate should experience in QA, QC of PEB structures, grouting, ITP,QAP, method statement, Finishing activities. Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Roles and Responsibility as mentioned Below.

• Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs): Develop and maintain detailed ITPs for industrial and warehouse projects to ensure all inspections and tests are properly planned and executed, especially for FM2 flooring, grouting, and soil testing.
  
• Creation of Method Statements: Prepare and review method statements for construction activities, including FM2 flooring installation, grouting procedures, and soil testing methods, ensuring all processes are clearly defined and compliant with quality standards.
  
• Non-Conformance Report (NCR) Management: Identify, raise, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when quality issues or deviations from specifications occur, particularly in FM2 flooring, grouting, and soil testing. Ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken promptly.
  
• FM2 Flooring Quality Checking: Oversee the quality of FM2 flooring installations, ensuring the correct materials, methods, and specifications are followed for durability, surface smoothness, and load-bearing capacity.
  
• Grouting Quality Checking: Conduct quality checks on grouting procedures to ensure that the material mix, placement, and curing meet the project requirements, ensuring stability and long-term performance.
  
• Soil Testing and Analysis: Coordinate and oversee soil testing to evaluate the quality and suitability of the ground conditions for construction, ensuring that soil compaction and properties meet project specifications.
  
• Quality Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify that work is in compliance with quality standards, regulations, and project specifications, particularly for FM2 flooring, grouting, and soil testing.
  
• Collaboration with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality-related issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure smooth project execution.
