Senior Manager - BTL

Mobikwik is looking for an experienced BTL Leader to join our marketing team. The BTL Lead will

play a key role in shaping and executing all BTL marketing activities, working closely with the broader marketing, sales, and product teams to drive brand awareness, and customer engagement. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing innovative BTL campaigns and strategies that deliver measurable results across various touchpoints.

Location: Gurugram, Immediate joiners preferred (Work from office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all BTL marketing activities, including events, Activations, Sponsorships, On-ground activations to augment Sales & brand awareness
• Develop and execute strategic BTL campaigns that align with Mobikwik's business goals, targeting specific customer segments and geographies.
• Manage and execute high-impact promotional events and activations, ensuring they are consistent with the brand and resonate with the target audience.
• Develop performance metrics to track the effectiveness and ROI of BTL campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.
• Work closely with partners- both internal (Sales) & external, agencies, and event organizers to enhance brand presence at key events, activations, and promotions.
• Oversee vendor and agency relationships, ensuring that all BTL campaigns are executed within budget and on schedule.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 13-16 years of experience in BTL marketing.
• Prior experience in Fintech /Financial Services/Payments space is critical.
• Understanding of the Offline Merchant network, Activations in this space, Deployment of QR codes, Marketing Collaterals across Retail space ie. Kirana shops, Petrol Pumps, Large Format Stores etc is critical
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to create impactful and memorable BTL campaigns.
• Strong expertise in organizing and executing successful BTL campaigns and activations across diverse platforms and geographies.
• Strong understanding of customer psychology and behavior, with a focus on delivering targeted and personalized experiences.
