I wish to write them all however its such a big list that i wont be able to mention all of them here however still trying to mention few 1) Majority of all conversation would start and end with abusive language, creating hostile work environment. And when they start and end with those words so you can imagine during the entire conversation how much such words and sentence would be there. Specially the senior management. 2) Micro Management 3) Once hired no knowledge transfer or anything. Even on senior management role you would be expected to perform from the first day without any knowledge transfer or knowledge about the product, process or company. And if you dont then do i really need to mention what will happen 4) Working hour on offer letter would be only 9 hours however you would be expected to work for 16 to 24 hours with just 2 weekoff in a month 5) Senior management wont even give you access to required documents, links, etc. 6) They wont even invite you for meetings and still would expect to work as per the discussion and decision taken in the meeting without even communicating the same in proper manner My services got terminated for bringing all the above mentioned points and few more points which i can list over here. So my suggestion is that think 1000 times before joining the organisation as its not worth joining...Read More
