Manager Lending Operations

Location: Gurgaon, Work from office (Immediate joiners preferred)

What you'll do:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of payments across different lenders
• Conduct detailed reconciliation with vendors to facilitate timely invoice clearance.
• Manage portfolio reconciliation across lending partners to maintain data consistency.
• Identify discrepancies and communicate issues related to payment and portfolio mismatches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline fixes on the recon side.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and partner-specific requirements.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What you'll possess:

• Good knowledge of MIS and Advance Excel
• 8-12 years of experience in lending space and technology driven organisations
