Deputy Manager - Lending Sales

Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
Manage relationships with different departments to assist in smooth and effective functioning of the department.
Communicate effectively and ensure teams are abreast on all product updates and of any changes in the process.
Proactively work towards identification and solution of potential service delivery issues. Provide quick and alternative ways and solutions to resolve any operational issues.
Responsible for managing attrition within specified limits.
Maintain and analyze performance to ensure constant improvement.
Monitor and conduct performance review with respective team members on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Constantly guide and motivate team members to better performance and improve the working environment.Enable better performance / growth readiness for team members through coaching & mentoring.
Ensure a minimum number of training hours per person in a given period - as either refresher training, new product, soft skills or behavioral.Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes.
