We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager with an FMCG background to expand our business loan portfolio by engaging and building strong relationships with FMCG clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and acquire FMCG clients requiring business loans, leveraging expertise in the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Develop and execute effective field sales strategies to achieve and surpass business loan targets.
- Monitor sales performance, provide insights, and implement corrective actions to meet goals.
Lead Generation:
- Conduct market research, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline of prospective FMCG clients.
- Create and maintain a database of potential customers to ensure continuous business development.
Product Promotion:
- Educate FMCG clients about business loan offerings, guiding them to choose the most suitable financial solutions.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of business loans.
Field Visits:
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their business requirements and provide customized financial solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client concerns to maintain positive relationships.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and client needs within the FMCG segment.
- Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth understanding of the FMCG sector and its business dynamics.
- Proven track record in field sales with experience in selling financial products, particularly business loans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
- Proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Qualifications:
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with additional experience in financial product sales highly desirable.
