Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned area.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team productivity.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business and -customer loyalty.
- Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Territory Management
- Plan and oversee the execution of sales activities in the designated area, ensuring optimal coverage and resource allocation.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement or new opportunities.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
