Job Description: Team Leader - Loans
Location: Noida
Experience: 4+ years in telesales with at least 2 year in a team leadership role
Employment Type: Full-time
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Leader - Loans to oversee and drive the success of our telesales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
- Manage relationships with different departments to assist in smooth and effective functioning of the department
- Communicate effectively and ensure teams are abreast on all product updates and of any changes in the process
- Proactively work towards identification and solution of potential service delivery issues
- Provide quick and alternative ways and solutions to resolve any operational issues
- Responsible for managing attrition within specified limits.
- Maintain and analyze performance to ensure constant improvement
- Monitor and conduct performance review with respective team members on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Constantly guide and motivate team members to better performance and improve the working environment.
- Enable better performance / growth readiness for team members through coaching & mentoring
- Ensure a minimum number of training hours per person in a given period - as either refresher training, new product, soft skills or behavioral.
- Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in telesales and team management.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Ability to manage escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
