Roles & Responsibility :

Must-Have:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including TV campaigns, outdoor media, and digital marketing, to strengthen brand presence for staples products.
2. Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all marketing channels.
3. Take full responsibility for the categorys P&L, ensuring that marketing investments drive profitable growth.
4. Lead national marketing campaigns focused on enhancing brand awareness and achieving key marketing objectives.
5. Conceptualize field marketing activities such as in-store activations, consumer promotions, and product sampling programs to engage customers at the ground level.
6. Develop and execute 360-degree marketing strategies, integrating ATL, BTL, digital and social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market trends.
7. Monitor and assess the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring a strong ROI on marketing spend and making adjustments when needed.
8. Work collaboratively with finance and sales teams to align marketing budgets and expenditures with overall business goals.
9. Lead consumer research initiatives to gather insights into market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
10. Coordinate with product development teams to ensure that new product launches are supported with integrated marketing efforts across channels.
11. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and fostering a culture of high performance.
12. Provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to team members to ensure professional growth and skill enhancement

6. Advanced analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data, using these insights to continuously improve and refine marketing campaigns.
7. Working on national or multi-regional marketing campaigns with a deep understanding of regional consumer behaviors.
8. Building effective brand loyalty programs that foster long-term customer engagement and advocacy.
