Job Title: Head Business Development

Job Brief: We are seeking a drive Head Business Development to join our team in the renewable energy sector. You will lead our in-home solar sales team, drive revenue growth, and cultivate strong client relationships. Your strategic planning and leadership will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Primary Objective:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and marketing to drive revenue growth in the solar PV industry.
• Maximize sales team performance, formulate compelling sales strategies, and present them effectively to senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the in-home solar sales team.
• Develop sales team capabilities through motivation, coaching, and product knowledge enhancement.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and enhance market presence.
• Build enduring customer relationships by understanding client needs and aligning them with our products and services.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and expense budgets to management.
• Monitor sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business and team success.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a successful solar sales manager, consistently meeting or surpassing targets.
• MBA in Marketing or Bachelors degree Electrical & Electronics
• Demonstrated ability to lead the entire sales process from planning to closure.
• Strong business acumen and deep industry knowledge.
• Above 10 years of experience in selling solar products.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Salary Range: INR 50000- 70,000 per month + TA + Incentives.
• Location: All Kerala.
• Number of Vacancies: 1.
• Age Limit: Below 45 years.
• Gender: Male preferred.
