Roles and Responsibilities :

Overseeing Production: Manage and oversee the entire fabrication and installation process, ensuring efficiency and quality

Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of fabrication workers, providing guidance and support

Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets

Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications

Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the production process and implement changes to enhance efficiency

Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on production progress, including daily work report, monthly reports, P&F reports

Resource Management: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize production

Stores Stock Management: Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.

Preparation of Estimates and Quotations: Develop cost estimates and prepare quotations for clients.

Billing of Products: Handle the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

SAP Related Activities: Utilize SAP software for various tasks, including inventory management, billing, and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Competence: Proficiency in machinery fabrication processes, CAD software, and advanced lathe machining process.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve production issues.

Communication: Effective communication skills for coordinating with different departments and stakeholders.

Quality Control: Knowledge of quality control standards and practices to ensure high-quality output

Safety Compliance: Understanding of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them
