Fabrication Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication industry.
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
• Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, including production planning, scheduling, and control.
• Proficiency in fabrication drawing reading & interpretation; knowledge of machining operations (turning & milling).
• Experience working with machine shop equipment such as lathe, milling machine etc.
