Executive Assistant cum HR Admin

Role & responsibilities :

• Coordinating, acting as interface between internal functions of the organization and the top management & following up appropriately on internal and external commitments.
• Assisting MD and handling day to day secretarial activities, giving administrative support, travel management, co-ordination with departments etc.
• Assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.
• Coordinate HR activities, such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of issues.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Plan and execute company events, meetings, and HR initiatives.
• Issuing Purchase Orders / Pro forma Invoices etc.
• Office supplies and equipment management
• Assist accounts department with book-keeping and other bank related tasks.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Ability to multitask.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent Coordination skills.
• Impeccable spoken and written professional English.
• Good in handling social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other) posting etc.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant, HR manager, or in a similar role.
