What You'll Do:
Meta Ads Campaign Strategy & Management:
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to drive performance and meet business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign creation, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget management.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and leverage Meta's targeting tools to ensure campaigns reach the right people.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize for key metrics like Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and conversions.
- Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative assets based on performance data.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, images, video content, and audience segments to improve ad performance.
Budget Management:
- Oversee and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effective advertising and maximize return on investment.
- Forecast and adjust budgets based on campaign performance, ensuring optimal ad spend distribution across campaigns.
Creative Strategy & Optimization:
- Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging ad formats (carousel, video, static, etc.) that align with the brand's goals.
- Optimize creative assets to improve engagement, conversions, and overall campaign performance on Meta's platforms.
Reporting & Communication:
- Generate and present detailed campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders or clients, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to align on objectives, provide updates, and discuss future strategies.
Meta Ads Best Practices & Compliance:
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to Meta's advertising policies and guidelines.
- Stay up to date with new Meta Ads features and updates, incorporating these innovations into campaigns for better performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other marketing teams, including content creators and design teams, to ensure that campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies.
- Work with analytics teams to ensure proper tracking, pixel implementation, and data accuracy across campaigns.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
- Stay informed on trends and best practices in social media advertising and Meta Ads platforms.
- Experiment with new ad formats and features to discover opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Skills:
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other tools like Facebook Analytics.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with different audience segments.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
Preferred Skills:.
- Meta Blueprint certifications or other relevant social media certifications.
- Experience with Meta's advanced ad formats, such as dynamic ads and Instagram Stories ads.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics or third-party platforms to track and analyze Meta campaign performance.

- Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing with a significant part of that spent scaling startups or working in high-impact Digital Marketing agencies.
- Proven Track Record: Clear examples of leading campaigns that hit 3X+ ROAS and contributions to growth milestones exceeding $100 million in revenue.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and elevate marketing teams in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
- Technical Mastery: Expertise in the full suite of digital marketing tools and platforms, with a knack for learning and adapting quickly.
