About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner + Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position requires a strategic HR professional with a deep understanding of business partnering and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and full-cycle recruitment-particularly in digital marketing and related fields.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams while also driving hiring strategies to attract top talent. Your ability to work collaboratively, understand business needs, and recruit for niche roles will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering (HRBP) Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their needs and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development strategies to enhance organizational culture.
- Provide expert guidance on performance management, talent development, compensation, and employee relations.
- Implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to enhance workforce productivity.
- Work closely with leadership to design and execute workforce planning and succession strategies.
- Foster a culture of learning and development, ensuring employees have growth opportunities.
Talent Acquisition (TA) Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key roles, with a strong focus on digital marketing, creative, and tech-driven positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, networking, job boards, referrals) to attract high-caliber talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to drive improvements in hiring efficiency and quality.

- Talent Acquisition Mastery - Extensive experience in recruiting digital marketing, creative, and technical roles.

- HR Policies & Compliance - Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and best HR practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Experience using HR and recruitment metrics to drive results.
- Tech-Savvy Recruiter - Proficiency in ATS, HRIS systems, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Ability to influence and build strong relationships across teams.
