Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic India HR Manager to lead our HR function in India.

As an India HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and driving talent acquisition, development, and retention.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

- Drive talent acquisition and development initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in India.

- Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs to improve job satisfaction, reduce turnover, and increase productivity.

- Conduct regular HR metrics and analytics to measure HR performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, finance, and operations, to ensure HR initiatives align with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.

- At least 9 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures in India.

- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and analytics.

- Experience with HR information systems and tools.
