Position: Manager HR.

Location: Bangalore.

- We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager HR to lead our human resources department.

- This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, developing effective HR policies, and driving strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals.

- The Manager HR will oversee recruitment, employee relations and performance management.

- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to organisational planning.

- Set and Analyse workforce metrics (e. , compensation, attrition, job levels) to deliver actionable insights for talent acquisition and retention.

- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

- Implement performance management systems, set goals, provide feedback, and resolve performance challenges.

- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to ensure equity and retention.

- Conduct regular check-ins with teams to proactively address workplace dynamics and concerns.

- Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.

- Promote employee engagement through wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
