Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization's human capital needs.
- The ideal candidate will report to VP - HR.
- This candidate have to possess a strong background in HR management, with expertise in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
- This role will play a key strategic and operational role in fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement, and driving organizational success through effective HR practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and facilitate the hiring process.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace
culture.
- Implementing basic policies for the employees and other required policy systems for the organization.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance, and support career progression and succession planning.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback and support to managers and employees to promote continuous growth and development.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintenance of employee files, HR databases, and other personnel records in compliance with confidentiality and privacy requirements.
- Holding HR trends, best practices and regulatory changes, and make recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement and adaptation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Need 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in HR roles including leadership responsibilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational change and transformation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA
