Job Title: Sr. Manager HR - AI & Digital Marketing (Global Gig Workforce)
Location: Remote
Shift Timings : 7pm - 4am IST

We are now seeking a Sr. Manager HR to join our leadership team and work closely with the Global HR Head to drive HR excellence and attract, manage, and retain top-tier talent globally.
Role Summary:
As the Sr. Manager HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our HR processes for a globally distributed gig workforce. Your focus will be on Global Talent Acquisition, Performance Tracking, Talent Management, and HR Business Partnering. You will work closely with leaders to build and manage HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring seamless operations and a high-performance culture across our AI and digital marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Talent Acquisition:
- Design and implement strategies to attract the best of the best talent across diverse and niche roles, including:
- Technical Roles: Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Software Developers, Web Designers, Front-End Developers, and Full-Stack Engineers etc.
- Creative Roles: Graphic Designers, UI/UX Designers, Content Creators, Video Editors, and Creative Strategists etc.
- Marketing Roles: Senior Performance Marketers, Digital Campaign Managers, Growth Hackers, and Social Media Managers etc.
- Customer-Centric Roles: Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and Sales Closers etc.
- Develop innovative sourcing and recruitment pipelines, leveraging AI-driven tools and global networks.
- Ensure a seamless and candidate-centric hiring experience tailored to gig workforce needs.
Performance Tracking and Talent Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of global performance tracking systems to ensure gig employees meet KPIs and contribute to organizational success.
- Lead initiatives to retain top talent through career progression, recognition, and professional development programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and continuous learning.
HR Process Implementation:
- Introduce scalable and efficient HR processes tailored to managing a globally distributed gig workforce.
- Implement HR technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Partner with global leaders to drive business objectives and address workforce challenges.
HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with leadership teams to develop strategic workforce plans and address organizational needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, employee relations, and DEI initiatives.
Global HR Strategy Execution:
- Assist in developing HR strategies to support business growth, talent acquisition, and cultural alignment.
- Drive initiatives for building a future-ready workforce aligned with the company's mission and goals.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Prior experience with digital marketing and AI companies, particularly in hiring niche roles such as Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Graphic Designers, and Senior Marketers.
- Proven track record in managing gig workforce HR processes.
Skills & Expertise:
- Deep expertise in global talent acquisition and hiring top-tier talent for diverse and niche roles.
- In-depth knowledge of performance tracking and talent management systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and employee engagement for distributed teams.
- Familiarity with HR tools, AI-driven recruitment platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
