Job Title: Head of Human Resources
Location: Indore
Reports to: CEO
Job Overview:
- The Head of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The HR Head will lead a team of HR professionals, manage employee relations, oversee talent acquisition, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent in the fintech sector, with a focus on both technical (software developers, data scientists, cybersecurity) and non-technical roles (marketing, operations, finance).
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the recruitment function.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand talent needs, business goals, and evolving hiring requirements. Provide expert advice on market trends, compensation, and talent pool insights.
- Sourcing and Networking: Utilize a mix of recruitment tools, social media, job boards, referrals, and industry networking to identify top candidates. Attend and host events, conferences, and meetups to build a strong talent network.
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize and improve the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, diversity, and a strong candidate experience. Implement best practices to streamline interviewing, onboarding, and hiring procedures.
- Employer Branding: Develop and promote a strong employer brand, positioning the company as an employer of choice within the fintech industry. Lead initiatives to highlight the company's culture, values, and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale recruitment projects, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing tools, and other HR technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and managing a team.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
