Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) for lead generation campaigns.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns for North American audiences.
- This role demands a results-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to market trends to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, and manage lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Conduct audience research to identify target segments, buyer personas, and behavior trends for North American markets.
- Develop compelling ad creatives and copy to drive conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on Meta Ads platform changes, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications :
- Proven 4+ years of experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, specifically targeting North American markets.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences on Meta platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail in ad creatives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Familiarity with other paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
