Performance Marketer
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other emerging platforms.
- Tailor campaigns to meet the specific needs of North American markets, optimizing for customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue generation.
- Create and manage paid media strategies for LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok, ensuring high levels of engagement and conversion.
- Continuously monitor platform-specific trends and updates to optimize ad creative, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign budgets.
- Analyze key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC) to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use A/B testing and other performance metrics to iterate on creatives, ad copy, targeting, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Implement tracking and measurement tools to monitor performance, adjust strategies, and report on KPIs.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, product, sales, etc) to ensure cohesive messaging and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep analysis into customer behavior within the North American market to refine targeting and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to continuously improve campaign results.
- Manage and optimize budgets across all platforms to ensure efficient spend and maximum ROI.
- Forecast and allocate resources effectively for short- and long-term campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok, with a focus on North American audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling campaigns and achieving revenue and acquisition goals across multiple platforms.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, including targeting, bidding strategies, optimization techniques, and performance metrics (CPA, CPC, ROAS, etc.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, retargeting, and audience building for paid social and search platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and how they integrate with paid media strategies.
Preferred:
- Experience with other advertising platforms (Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube) is a plus.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms is a bonus.
- Experience working with SaaS, eCommerce, or tech companies is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
