About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Head to lead and manage all aspects

of the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

accounting principles, financial reporting, and continuous manufacturing processes. This role

requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, who can

effectively manage a team and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,

payroll, and general ledger.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets,

and cash flow statements.

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial

records.

• Advise on tax matters and ensure compliance with tax laws.

• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.

• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations.
