1.Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals like Base salary,Performance-Based Bonuses,Health Insurance,Retirement Plans, Paid time off (PTO), Professional Development Opportunities, ESOP.
2.Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives
3.Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
4.Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and non-financial compensations
5.Assess employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
6.Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications,
7.Market analysis, Variable remuneration schemes, Performance-based pay structures, and Data analysis reports
8.Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
9.Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
10.Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics
11.Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
12. Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.
Qualification & Experience : 8 to 12 years of experience with MBA HR (preferred : Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
