About the Role:The Business Development Head will spearhead growth initiatives for our PEB and Heavy Engineering division, identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and leading a dynamic sales team to achieve revenue goals. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with proven expertise in business development and market penetration within the heavy engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement growth strategies for the PEB and Heavy Engineering market.
• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate closely with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to refine business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of business development experience in PEB or heavy engineering.
• Proven success in achieving sales and business growth targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
