Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Strategy:
   
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
   
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the telecom and transmission tower industry.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Proposal and Negotiation:
   
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable deals.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
   
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, production, and finance, to ensure project feasibility and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
   
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and market insights.
