Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS and Reporting:
   
• Develop and maintain accurate and timely MIS reports for management.
• Analyze financial data and prepare performance dashboards.
• Present key financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
2. Budget Management:
   
• Prepare, monitor, and manage annual budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to optimize budget utilization.
• Collaborate with department heads to align budgetary goals with organizational objectives.
3. Financial Planning and Analysis:
   
• Perform financial forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Identify areas for cost control and efficiency improvement.
• Support decision-making by providing data-driven financial insights.
4. Compliance and Auditing:
   
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in preparing for and coordinating statutory and internal audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance purposes.
5. Strategic Initiatives:
   
• Support financial modeling for new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies for organizational growth.
• Work on special projects as assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in MIS, budgeting, or finance roles.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and corporate law.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
