Job Description
- Thorough knowledge of Direct Tax with special focus on SEZ/IT Park assessments, and litigation.
- Interpretation and analysis of various direct tax provisions including withholding tax and TDS.
- Corporate taxation with experience of handling and supervising compliances and litigations exhaustively. Preferably Real Estate.
- Experience of handling quarterly tax provisions of listed entities, contingent liabilities etc.
- Analytical skill and hands-on experience in tax planning and structuring.
- Coordination with other functions and respond to technical queries from business team and/or Shared Service tax team.
- Supervise the compliances of returns/tax audits/tax credits/payments etc.
- Experience in structuring / tax planning /advisory / GST experience will be an added advantage.
- Should have experience of working in large organization and having good intellectual communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP working knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Enthusiastic, Self-motivated and a Team leader
