Zonal Manager - South

- Oversee all aspects of marketing, sales, operations, finance and people management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to elevate sales performance and guest satisfaction.

- By collaborating closely with franchise partners and providing guidance on product information and SOPs, enhance the quality of ice cream offerings while maximizing revenue.

- Develop both long-term and short-term business goals for the zone in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Conduct regular meetings to review weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly business results within the zone.

- Monitor and analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly sales performance within the zone.

- Keep the team informed and updated on standard operating processes.

- Experience in similar line of work and at least as Relationship/Area Manager with a Restaurant/Caf is preferred.
