Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Head to lead our multi-location salon operations.

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with expertise in P&L management, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

This role involves shaping the operational strategy, driving growth, and ensuring excellence in service delivery across all our branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth:

- Drive revenue growth, with a goal to double business size within two years.

- Advise the CEO/Director on strategic decisions, business development, and key operational challenges.

- Develop financial plans aligned with market trends and company goals.

Operational Management:

- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring compliance with hygiene and service standards.

- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficiency.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance.

- Recruit and retain skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.

Customer Experience:

- Enhance client satisfaction by addressing feedback and implementing improvements.

- Handle escalated concerns professionally and effectively.

Business Development & Strategy:

- Identify growth opportunities and market trends to boost revenue and footfall.

- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and promotions.

- Build strong vendor partnerships for better terms and product quality.

Financial Oversight:

- Manage budgets to ensure profitability and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure salons adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Maintain industry-standard sanitation protocols.
