Naturals - General Manager - Operations (12-15 yrs)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both front-of house and back-of-house functions, driving profitability, maintaining high standards of service and quality and leading a team of dedicated staff members.

- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis.

- Manage all operational aspects, from kitchen and service standards to customer service delivery.

- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring that all employees are performing at their best.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Manage the restaurant's financials, including revenue, expenses and budgeting.

- Prepare and review financial reports, analyze trends and implement corrective actions when needed.

- Ensure that restaurant operations comply with all company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations.

- Financial acumen such as budgeting and P&L management.
