Job description :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all cafes within the region.

- Ensure cafes maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.

- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.

2. Staff Management:

- Recruit, train, and supervise cafe managers and staff.

- Foster a positive work environment and provide leadership and guidance to the operational team.

- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.

3. Customer Service:

- Ensure that cafes consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

- Address customer complaints and feedback, striving to improve the customer experience.

4. Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the budget for the region, with a focus on cost control and revenue growth.

- Analyze financial reports and take actions to maximize profitability.

5. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

- Manage cafe inventory levels and ordering processes.

- Oversee relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain operations.

6. Quality Control:

- Maintain and improve quality control standards for food, beverages, and overall cafe presentation.

- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

7. Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional and marketing campaigns.

- Drive initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.

8. Expansion and Growth:

- Assist in planning and executing the expansion of the cafe chain in the region.

- Evaluate potential locations and assess their viability.
