Hiring for Head Operations - Hospitality business with our client.
Our client is into the multiple businesses of Real Estate, Construction of Residential, Commercial, Industrial projects, Hospitality, Restaurant, Hotels and Investment business.

Qualification : Degree/ Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience : 12+ years
Notice Period : Immediate - 30 Days (Immediate Joinee preferred first)
Job Location : Vapi, Gujarat
Job Brief :
Our ideal candidate will responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and smooth running of Multiple Hotel and Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Budgeting & P&L :
The position requires a multi-unit experienced individual who understands the P&L and operating within the parameters of budgets. Develop and manage units annual budget including forecasting revenue and managing expenses, Monitor and analyse financial reports ensuring profitability and cost efficiency, implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce cost, This position is responsible for daily communication across many teams (accounting, operations, human resources, and executive management).
Operations :
Work closely with managers and Identify problems in the day-to-day operations and ways to fix them, manage day-to-day operations while also working toward long-term business goals, identify profits and losses and operate within the parameters of budgets, Interview, hire, train and manage new supervisors and managers, Understand key revenue drivers and identify any room for improvement, make decisions on how to operate the business from both a guest and financial standpoint
Uphold service standards:
A hospitality Head ensures that the quality of service provided to customers meets their expectations. For example, they work with their team to create and adhere to an employee handbook that outlines the expectations of employees in terms of their behaviour and performance. They train new hires on how to deliver excellent customer service. This includes providing them with tools like checklists and scripts that help them to deliver consistent service across multiple customers. Hospitality managers monitor how well these tools work by listening to customer feedback and conducting surveys.
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote restaurant or hotel, Build relationship with corporate clients and travel agencies and other partners, monitor competitive hotels /restaurants and adjust the marketing strategies, develop programmes for guest satisfaction and loyalty
Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of progressive Hospitality experience, with a focus on Multiple A-Lister F&B Outlets.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, relationship-building and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage teams effectively, analyse performance data and execute strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
