HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the hiring of talent for the designated company function across the region, creatively sourcing and networking to create strong pipelines for key roles to fill out specific openings in a timely manner.
• Map out strategic timelines and budgets for talent acquisition in consultation with key management.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including onboarding, performance management, succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
• Implement performance management systems, identify areas of improvements and conduct in house trainings regularly or whenever needed.
• Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback and career transitions.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assess HR metrics and trends to provide insights to support decision-making with business leaders and serve as a strategic partner in driving business performance through effective HR practices.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven work experience as an HR business partner with talent acquisition expertise, managing people from diverse backgrounds within the retail industry.
• Should be open to travel pan India.
• Excellent people management skills with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Capacity to identify HR challenges, develop innovative solutions and make decisions that balance the needs of employees and the organization
