Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to oversee end to end HR functions for 80 bedded Multispecialty NABH accredited Hospital. The ideal candidate will manage all HR operations, with strong focus on recruitment, compliances, employee engagement and ensuring smooth HR operations tailored to healthcare industry.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA in Human resource & equivalent Qualification.

05 to 10 years experience in HR functions, with strong background in recruitment.

Proven ability to manage HR operations in a mid sized Hospital set up.

Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Strong interpersonal, organizational and grievance handling skill.
