Program Manager

Job Detail:

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our B2B team (JD Mart). This role focuses on strengthening our competitive positioning by designing and leading strategic programs across Justdials value chain.

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the JD’s value offerings, excellent communication abilities, a proven track record in sales or partnership development, and a keen awareness of the target market, ideally with experience in managing external partnerships and alliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business Development teams to create a cohesive value proposition for the target market.
• Formulate and execute go-to-market strategy- identifying target segment, defining value proposition, choosing distribution channels, pricing the offerings, and deploying marketing and sales tactics to reach desired customers.
• Lead the program outreach effort to scout and onboard program partners/ enablers/ alliances.
• Develop and assist in implementing SEO / SEM strategies to improve local search visibility for program-related pages.
• Analyze internal / external traffic & CTA performance, and manage revenue growth for the assigned program using data driven insights.
• Manage dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to program’s growth
• Drive growth and platform innovation by continuously discovering customer needs, enabling levers for increasing search, and competitor benchmarking.

Required Competencies:

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with strong bias for action.
• High on strategic-thinking with strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in creating GTM strategy, competitor analysis, and market research
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and take multiple initiatives for business growth
• Hands-on experience in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel
