Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Work Experience: 7-9 years of experience with 3-4 years in product marketing / products in a Life Insurance company

What are your roles and responsibilities?

Product Marketing Across company

New Product Launches:

• You need to understand the competitive landscape for products across Life Insurance industry.
• You will need to develop Go to Market for any new product launch, including the big idea, key activities and budgets
• You will collaborate with the product team to co create products as well as develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with the target buyer personas.
• You will design product related communication like one pager, brochures, standees, danglers etc. as per requirement
• You will design & execute quarterly need based campaigns to create visibility in the bank branches across channels

Product Champion

• You will be the champion for product & product content across the company.
• You shall be the bridge between product & the end customer by making the complex product features easy to understand for the consumer (converting features into benefits)
• You will drive innovation projects related to products in the organization.
• You will evangelize our products with the internal and external stakeholders through regular, effective & innovative communication / collaterals.
• You will assess the effectiveness of the marketing collaterals that support the products on an ongoing basis

Product related BTL campaigns and compliance

Printing & production:

• You will ensure product literature / collaterals are delivered to sales team in time
• You will ensure brand and IRDA guidelines are followed.
• You will ensure activations of marketing collaterals at Regional Offices of IndiaFirst Life
• You will plan and execute co-branded campaigns with bank partners along with partnership team for quarterly fulfilments.
• You will create and execute briefs received from sales teams for new relationship, existing products etc
• Execute printing and fabrication with various printing vendors.
