Product Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Be the product marketing expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and sales for the product lines(multiple) that you represent
• Closely work with the content team to develop succinct and effective repeatable demos, sales plays, competitive programs, and create high-quality content, while aligning to supporting marketing campaigns
• Align to regional leaders to drive marketing and sales alignment, sales programs, and pipeline generation
• Collaborate with product teams to develop and refine the value proposition and drive customer value.
• Ideate, align and collaborate with Product management team daily to ascertain the 6 Month rolling Product Roadmap and positively influence future releases
• Partner across the entire marketing organization to ensure the product content is accurate and best positioned.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver all aspects of marketing materials associated with products.
• Take ownership of business initiatives, including long-term planning, identifying areas for growth, analyzing Total Addressable Market (TAM) opportunities

Job Qualification-

• MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a Premier B-School
• 5-7+ years of Product Marketing or Go-To-Market background
• Proven track record of successful product marketing experience, with a focus on defining and driving go-to-market strategies. Enterprise software experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays and enablement materials, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
• Demonstrated successful customer interactions, in launching and marketing products
• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

• Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
• Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders.
