Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in passive components (MLCC, Inductors, Relays, etc.) to drive product strategy, supplier management, and business development in the semiconductor distribution industry. The ideal candidate should have deep technical expertise, experience working with distributors and manufacturers, and a strong understanding of market dynamics in the automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Market Analysis:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Stay updated on product roadmaps, application trends, and competitive landscape in key verticals such as automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.

2. Supplier & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier interactions, negotiations, and strategic partnerships.

3. Technical & Sales Support:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for sales teams and distributors to enhance product knowledge and application understanding.

4. Business Development & Key Account Management:

  • Work closely with the sales team to drive design-in opportunities and penetrate key accounts.
  • Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategic positioning for product lines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, sales, or business development in the semiconductor/components industry (preferably with passive components – MLCC, Inductors, etc.).
  • Strong technical understanding of passive components and their applications.
  • Proven expertise in supplier management and negotiations.
  • Market and competitive analysis experience.
  • Ability to manage key customer accounts and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of vertical segments such as Power & New Energy, Automotive, Telecom, White Goods, and others.
