Designation: Product Manager New Product Development

Years of Experience: 8-12yrs

Preferred Educational Qualification: Engineering + MBA (marketing) background.

Preference:

• Experience in handling/sourcing of trading material.
• Industry Preferred: Building Materials, Paints, FMCG and FMCD.

Key Rolls & Responsibilities

• Identifying new opportunities and technological trends, and scouting of suppliers for New Product development.
• In-depth knowledge of the Product Development Life cycle.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the New decorative category to drive sales and profitability.
• Analyse market trends, competition activities, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and market gaps,
• Manage product assortment planning, selection, optimization and pricing.
• Develop new products and strengthen existing product portfolio.
• Collaborate with various teams like sales, supply chain, manufacturing and marketing to identify and implement new products, services and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations and collaborate with the Sales Development team for on-ground execution.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with PMG Design team to draw up product design and finish pipeline.
