Senior Product Manager - Unlock:U Talent Platform

Role Overview: We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of Unlock:U, leading product strategy and execution while incorporating innovative AI solutions across the platform. You'll shape the future of how organizations develop and manage talent through Unlock platform

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the product roadmap for Unlock:U, balancing improvements across all modules (recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance, and career development)
• Create comprehensive PRDs and wireframes that maintain consistency across the platform while addressing specific module needs
• Identify and develop AI-driven solutions across the platform, including personalized learning recommendations, intelligent career pathing, and predictive analytics
• Lead sprint planning and prioritization with engineering teams, ensuring timely delivery of features and platform stability
• Drive integration improvements between modules to create a seamless talent development experience
• Collaborate with AI engineers to define requirements for ML models and ensure ethical AI implementation
• Monitor product metrics and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in HR tech or talent management platforms
• Experience with AI/ML product development or AI-enhanced features in enterprise software
• Strong technical background with proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams
• Track record of successful product launches in HR/learning technology space
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience with wireframing tools and project management software

Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

• Deep understanding of talent development processes from recruitment, learning through retirement
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in HR tech and ethical considerations
• Experience with learning management systems and HR analytics
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of API integrations and system architecture

This role reports to the Head of Product and works closely with engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
