Role & Responsibilities

HA Product Management incumbent is responsible for below Responsibilities for Product Management and GTM and Sales Management and Back-end Operations for Itel Brand LED TVs and Home Appliances.

Product Management and GTM :-

1. Management of Product Strategy and Market Research,

2. Product Development and Life Cycle Management,

3. GTM Planning and Execution,

4. Revenue and Market Share Growth.

Sales Management & Back-end Operations :-

1. Completion Landscape Analysis

2. Monthly Sales Planning

3. Sales Forecasting and Performance Tracking

4. Vendor Management and Coordination, Cross-Functional Collaboration and Alignment, Service and After-Sales Support Coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

A. MBA in Sales & Marketing with minimum of 3-6 years plus of experience in GTM strategy,
Brand and Product Marketing

B. B.E (Optional)

C. Industry with in-depth understanding of online, offline channel in HA & TV Product

D. Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales brand, and product marketing

E. Strong project management, presentation skill

F. Solid business acumen, management, and problem solving skills

G. Analytical & problem solving skill

H. Excellent Communication skill
